Complaints and feedback
Our aim is to provide the highest possible level of service and care. If you have any suggestions to make or if you are unhappy about any aspect of our service, please ask to see the Practice Manager who will be happy to discuss the problem and explain our in-house procedure for looking at complaints.
Patient participation group
We would like to know how we can improve our service to you and how you perceive our surgery and staff. We will ask the members of this representative group some questions from time to time, such as what you think about our opening times or the quality of the care or service you received.
